Artists Beware

Tried to post a report there for a friend and. OH MY GOD.

I can't believe they make it an endeavour so confusing and timewaster that is almost a joke compared to SR. 

First of all, LJ wants me to make almost a 30 characters long password... quote on quote.
"6 to 30 characters long"
"ASCII chars only that can be found on US keyboards"
"4 DIFFERENT SYMBOLS"
"AT LEAST 1 NUMBER, 1 Uppercase and 1 lowercase letter."
"Not based on username or email" (ok whatever)

Well normally for a password you want a number or one uppercase, but forcing everyone of that just for the sake of it, like really. What if I want to have a normal password? <.> omg...

well moving off how awful LJ is, AB absolutely lacks a logical way to submit 'a report'. They 'give a template'  but it's so shallow and useless that leaves off lots of questions on. For the most part I don't know how to post the damn report. 
No, you're doing it wrong. Too bad that's the most 'known' 'report a scammer related to artists' that is known. But being such a nuisance is ridiculous. 

I understand that ultimately, those artists/comissioners that desire to do something and get away with it are few and far between. But having some sort of place to keep a database of them is a must.  Such shame AB, since 2003 and still so hard to do a report.
Take example from SR, and dunno, get an actual site to report. Who uses LJ anymore lol.
